Molding Capabilities
Meltec has several types of molding machines for small to medium size castings. We also offer specialty molding in both green sand and no-bake for castings up to 144” in length and 5000 lbs.
Induction Melting Furnaces
Our four Induction Furnaces are capable of providing a total melt capacity of 10,000 pounds. Induction Melting is more energy efficient, allowing for more precise temperature control, faster melting speeds, improved metal purity and reduces environmental impact through fewer emissions making it cleaner, safer and more economical.

Annealing
Our annealing process is handled in a completely computerized, gas fired car bottom heat treat furnace to ensure even heat distribution and optimum casting properties. Extensive heat treating options are available to meet any requirement.
